Brunch Restaurants in Raleigh

I have not personally tried all of these restaurants. As a result, the information I’m sharing is from a combination of personal experience, Google reviews, Reddit discussions, and recommendations from friends. So raise a glass to brunch and don’t forget to wear your stretchy pants.

Fayetteville Street

There are a plethora of brunch spots on Fayetteville Street and the surrounding area.

10th & Terrace – A curious establishment perched atop the tenth floor of the Residence Inn. This rooftop bar beckons weary travelers and local connoisseurs alike, promising a delightful array of libations and delectable small plates.

Beasley’s Chicken + Honey –  Fresh takes on fried chicken, waffles, and comfort classics served in a stylish, modern setting. They offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try the Loaded Breakfast Bowl or the Hot Chicken Eggs Benedict paired with something yummy from their beer, wine, and cocktail bar.

Birdie’s Barroom & Kitchen – Nestled right in the heart of Raleigh, Birdie’s offers a delightful array of culinary concoctions and libations. Its menu, a veritable tome of taste, includes an assortment of American and Southern fare, from humble appetizers to hearty entrees. The bar, a haven for connoisseurs, boasts a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails, each one a unique and intriguing experience. The atmosphere within Birdie’s is one of relaxed conviviality, making it an ideal spot to gather with friends and family for a Saturday or Sunday brunch.

Element Gastropub – An all vegan restaurant located in City Plaza. They offer vegan versions of typical bar food, and a Sunday brunch complemented by a cocktail menu, extensive beer list, wine, and delta-9 seltzers.

Flavor Hills – Modern southern restaurant offering soulful classics with a twist. They serve their brunch on Saturday and Sunday featuring Mimosa flights and a menu of Mimosa cocktails. Consider trying Hennessy Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, Churro Chicken & Waffle, Catfish and Grits, or build your own meal with a combination of southern sides.

Mecca – Classic diner serving comfort food and drinks since the 1930s. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday but they also serve all-day breakfast until 2 p.m. on weekdays. Get a Breakfast Plate or Feature Pancakes with your choice of meat, along with a Mimosa Flight. Unlike many other classic diners, this one does have a full bar.

St. Roch – New Orleans cuisine in a stylish and lively atmosphere. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Get the Gumbo or Bolo ‘n Grits. Order Mimosas or anything from the full bar to go along with your food.

Whiskey Kitchen – A hip and relaxed restaurant with a huge dog- and kid-friendly patio. They’re known for their Southern fare, whiskey selection, and craft cocktails. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday along with a special Liquid Brunch menu. Try the Chorizo Frittata or Monkey Bread.

Capital District

If you find yourself in the area north of the NC State Capitol Building, surrounded by government buildings and museums, you’re in luck if you want brunch.

The Daily Planet Cafe – Local eats, brews, and wines in a sunny cafe at the Museum of Natural Sciences. I’d like to try the Huevos Rancheros Grits Bowl during their Saturday or Sunday brunch.

City Market

These are brunch spots in the area east of Fayetteville Street, around City Market, Moore Square, and Transfer Food Hall. 

Benchwarmers Bagels – Local spot in Transfer Co. Food Hall making hand-rolled, wood-fired bagels. They serve the same menu daily until they run out. I love the Za’a’tar Bagel with Olive and Caper Butter or any of their creative bagel sandwiches. They do not serve alcohol, but there is a bar in the food hall that you can order from.

Big Ed’s – Family friendly southern breakfast and lunch restaurant with funky vintage decor covering the walls and ceiling. Their full breakfast and lunch menu is served all day, every day. The biscuits are to die for, or eat three giant hot cakes in 45 minutes to go home with a brand new t-shirt. They do not serve alcohol and you should expect to wait for a table.

Warehouse District

This is the area directly west of the Fayetteville Street District. It is defined by Dawson Street to the east, the train tracks to the south and west and Edenton Street to the North.

A Place at The Table – Local pay-what-you can cafe that serves breakfast and lunch all day, Tuesday through Sunday. They believe everyone deserves a good meal, so they encourage patrons to contribute what they can afford. Menu options include build-your-own breakfast platters, hearty sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries. They do not serve alcohol.

Barcelona Wine Bar – Friendly tapas restaurant chain where vibrant flavors and warm hospitality transport you to the heart of Spain. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try a number of tapas or take this opportunity to order the Whole Roasted Branzino or Paella Mariscos, Pair your meal with a Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or anything thing from their cocktail, beer, or extensive, primarily Spanish wine list.

Figulina – Figulina is dedicated to the culinary art of pasta. They craft various shapes and sizes of pasta, which they then combine with sauces and other ingredients to create dishes that are more than fit for consumption. They also offer a small selection of other Italian-inspired fare along with drinks and desserts. Figulina is a place where one might go to enjoy a meal, either with a companion or in quiet contemplation of the intricacies of noodle-making. Sunday brunch offerings include the Royal Scramble and the Bubble and Squeak, which are surely delicious.

Flying Saucer Draught Emporium – With a selection of over 200 beers from around the world, this is a beer lover’s paradise. The casual, tavern-like atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to unwind with friends and enjoy a drink, complemented by a menu of classic pub fare. They offer a Sunday brunch with beer, Mimosa, and Bloody Mary specials and Beerknurds get $3 off their brunch! Try the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pizza.

Heirloom – East meets West in a culinary collision fueled by caffeine and Kewpie mayo starting at 7 a.m. daily, though they serve food Tuesday to Saturday only. Mornings stretch, fueled by Lao-spiced sausage biscuits and Taiwanese-fried chicken kingdoms nestled in scallion-kissed clouds. Wash it all down with a full coffee and tea menu or enjoy a sake cocktail.

Parkside – Warm and inviting restaurant serving modern American cuisine. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Consider trying the Bananas Foster Challah French Toast, the Chicken & Waffle Sandwich, or the Fried Chicken Biscuit Bowl paired with a Mimosa flight.

Press Coffee, Cocktails & Crepes – Full service cafe offering sweet and savory crepes and an extensive coffee and cocktail menu. Expect to wait in line if you go for Saturday or Sunday brunch.

Taverna Agora – Inviting and energetic restaurant with traditional Greek decor and cuisine. They offer a Sunday brunch that includes typical Greek breakfast, mezze, spreads, and lunch options. Try the Greek Style Doughnuts and Mezze Sampler alongside a carafe of Mimosas.

The Venue Raleigh – This event venue offers a weekly $35 Sunday brunch buffet with bottomless Mimosas. Expect an extremely lively atmosphere with music and dancing. Fill your plate with a wide selection of classic southern fare such as Mac and Cheese, Fried Shrimp, and Hush Puppies.

Glenwood South

Glenwood South is Raleigh’s main nightlife district and generally includes a couple blocks east and west of Glenwood Ave between Morgan Street and Peace Street. There are plenty of Raleigh brunch spots in this area if you need a little hair of the dog.

Good Day Good Night – Contemporary, stylish eatery that offers an array of easygoing international dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibe that’s pure relaxation. The brunch menu at this hotel restaurant is limited and is served on Saturday and Sunday. Consider trying the Croissant French Toast or Brooklyn Bagel paired with a brunch cocktail.

Hibernian Irish Pub – Classic Irish pub serving up hearty Irish fare. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try the Corned Beef Hash or the Irish Breakfast along with anything from their full wine, beer, and cocktail menu.

Iris Coffee Lab – Iris Coffee Lab is a light and bright industrial style cafe with big windows and so many Fiddle Leaf Figs and large Snake Plants. They have a full espresso menu with tasty seasonal drinks and a selection of sandwiches to fuel your day. There is plenty of seating indoors and a small sidewalk patio area.

Raleigh Beer Garden – A beer paradise with over 350 on tap, plus delicious modern comfort food! Enjoy it all in a stylish bi-level space with a huge patio and heated and covered mini-golf. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday and includes such favorites as Chorizo Breakfast Tacos and Breakfast Pizza.

Wonderland Kitchen and Cocktails – This lively spot injects the heart of Raleigh with a taste of Miami nightlife. Their menu showcases Latin American-inspired cuisine, from shareable tapas and flavorful tacos to more substantial entrees. Complementing the food is an exceptionally creative cocktail program, featuring signature drinks served in eye-catching drinkware. Check out brunch on Saturday or Sunday and try the French toast or Spanish Omelette.

Hillsborough Street

This includes a couple blocks on either side of Hillsborough Street from Park Dr on the east to I-440 on the west. Because it runs alongside NC State campus and Meredith College campus, the businesses in this area are very popular with students.

Jubala – Inviting and cozy local coffee shop chain serving breakfast and lunch daily. I love the (huge) Sweet Biscuit with egg, cheese, and sausage, but other people rave about the Liege Waffles. They do not serve alcohol but have a fantastic espresso bar.

Players’ Retreat – A historic NC State sports bar boasting a wide selection of American classics and an impressive collection of single-malt scotches. For Saturday or Sunday brunch, try the Eggs Benedict or Breakfast Plate, or just order off of the regular menu.

First Watch – Cafe chain serving “healthy” breakfast, brunch, and lunch all day, every day. Think Steel-Cut Oatmeal, Avocado Toast, a Sunrise Granola Bowl, Multigrain Pancakes, or Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl. Pair your food with something from their juice bar as they do not serve alcohol.

Morgan West

This is a small area that connects east of the Hillsborough Street District, south of Glenwood South, and west of the Warehouse District. It is home to a few restaurants and bars with more coming, and a surprising number of brunch spots!

Gussie’s – A neighborhood bar that prioritizes good times and a welcoming atmosphere. They offer tasty, slightly elevated versions of comfort food classics, along with a decent selection of craft beers on tap, a tempting cocktail menu, and a variety of wines. It’s the perfect spot to relax and feel right at home. Their Sunday brunch menu includes delicious offerings such as Biscuits & Gravy and Pimento Cheese Grits along with intriguing brunch cocktails and breakfast beers.

Irregardless Cafe – Classic Raleigh restaurant that’s been pleasing customers with vegan and meaty meals since 1975. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. I’m craving the Smoked Salmon Stack but wouldn’t say no to the Lox Brioche or Vegan Burrito either. Special brunch cocktails are available along with a full wine, beer, and cocktail menu.

Person Street and Seaboard Station

This small district is bounded by train tracks / Capital Blvd to the west and Peace Street to the south. It includes businesses along Person Street and Blount Street, Seaboard Station, and William Peace University. There are a couple great brunch options in this area.

(ish) delicatessen – Creative deli serving breakfast all day on Saturday and Sunday. Try the Corned Beef & Hash, Reuben, or Fried Pickle Grilled Cheese. They do offer Mimosas as well as a selection of wine and beer.

Biscuit Belly – A breakfast and brunch haven, specializing in an array of biscuit sandwiches featuring unique and mouthwatering ingredient combinations. While their biscuits are the main attraction, they also serve up other breakfast and brunch favorites, such as pancakes, French toast, and breakfast bowls. Also look for Bonuts (biscuit donut holes), pancake corndogs, and breakfast cocktails!

The Station – A neighborhood restaurant and bar with a ton of indoor seating and a huge, covered and heated patio (though not enclosed). The food is focused on classic American fare with a Southern twist, so expect burgers, fries, fried green tomatoes, and salads. They offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday and I have to say I’m intrigued by the Chicken & Blueberry Waffles.

Oakwood

This area includes Historic Oakwood with the exclusion of a section of North Person Street. I’m generally defining it as bound by Glascock Street to the north, Raleigh Blvd to the east, Edenton Street to the south, and Person Street to the west. It also includes the north side of New Bern Ave west of Lane Street, and excludes College Park. This area is primarily residential but does include a few restaurants and shops.

Gringo A Go Go – Vibrant and welcoming Mexican eatery with a spacious patio. They serve brunch on Sunday featuring Mexican classics as well as a few creative additions. Try their Chilaquiles Verdes or Gringo French Toast with hand-squeezed fresh juice or a seasonal Margarita.

SmokeStacks Cafe – Cozy neighborhood spot known for their in-house smoked meats and their Saturday and Sunday brunch. I guarantee you’ll enjoy anything on the menu.

Boylan Heights

This area includes Boylan Heights proper as well as anything north of MLK, west of the train tracks that cut off the west side of downtown, and east of the prison.

Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing – Hip and lively atmosphere and a patio that boasts stunning views of the Raleigh skyline. Brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday and features a Mimosa flight. Try the Dill Pimento Cheese, Morning Glory Burger, and Sweet Potato Hash.

Five Points

Five Points is made up of the neighborhoods surrounding the intersection of Glenwood Avenue with Whitaker Mill and Fairview Roads. I’m including the old industrial area west of Wake Forest road that now includes a number of breweries and restaurants. But there’s lots to explore throughout the area including some great Raleigh brunch spots.

High Park Bar & Grill – This easygoing option features pool tables and dart boards for a game, comfortable outdoor seating, and a menu of classic pub fare, along with tasty cocktails & draft beers at a reasonable price. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday.

Lola’s Beach Bar – This place truly has chill beach bar vibes in the middle of Raleigh. Their beer selection is focused on Mexican, Caribbean, and easy drinking American options. Their cocktails are what you’d expect to be drinking on the beach and they even sell Margarita pitchers. Try the Pancake Beach Blanket during Saturday or Sunday brunch.

Mandolin – A global fiesta on your taste buds – reimagined Southern classics with unexpected twists. Their daily-changing menu, bursting with market-fresh flavors, guarantees there’s always something new to discover. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try items like the Mandolin Omelet Du Jour or Shrimp and Grits. Pair with Mimosas or Bloody Marys by the glass or pitcher.

Neuse River Brewing & Brasserie – Casual and inviting brewery focused on Belgian beers and IPAs alongside a varied food menu. They offer brunch on Sundays featuring Make Your Own ‘Mosas. Try the Croque Madame or Cheese Blintzes.

NOFO @ the Pig – Quirky restaurant and gift shop housed in a former Piggly Wiggly. They serve southern inspired brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Consider trying the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich or Pulled Pork Hash paired with an Irish Coffee or Award Winning Bloody Mary. Browse local snacks and unique gifts while you wait for your food.

Taste, Small Plates & Wine Bar – Cozy, art-filled wine and cocktail bar also serving Thai and American small plates. Go for brunch on Saturday or Sunday for the Shrimp & Grits.

Village District

This area includes the Village District development as well as the businesses directly to the west and south.

Cafe Carolina and Bakery – Local spot serving a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch items. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. I would kill for a French Toast Sandwich with Ham & Cheddar but a Strawberry Waffle could be good too.

Cantina 18 – Locally sourced meats and fish take center stage in innovative Mexican fusion dishes, perfectly paired with handcrafted Margaritas. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday and although the brunch menu is short, you can order from the regular menu as well. Consider the Brunch Enchiladas or Short Rib Tostadas. Pair that with a Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or one of their specialty Margaritas.

Cape Fear Seafood Company – Fresh regional seafood, hand-cut fish that’ll make your taste buds sing, and signature dishes. But also steaks and chicken along with freshly made desserts and a decent drink menu in a casual atmosphere. Go for brunch on Sunday.

Flying Biscuit Cafe – Chain serving all-day breakfast and comfort food. They offer the same menu all day, every day, which is heavy on southern breakfast and brunch items. They also have a Mimosa Counter, Build Your Own Bloody Mary, and a full bar. For food, think Steak and Eggs, Omelettes, Shrimp and Grits, and Pimento Cheese Fritters.

Rise – Modern and inviting chain that currently focuses on their southern biscuits and buttermilk fried chicken, but they also sell donuts. Their full menu is available throughout their opening hours.

Tazza Kitchen – Stylish restaurant offering a seasonal wood-fired menu. They offer an extensive brunch menu on Sundays that includes items such as Huevos Rancheros, Steak and Eggs, Salads, Burgers, Tacos, and Wood Fired Pizzas. Pair your meal with anything from their selection of wine, beer, and cocktails.

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar – Warm and inviting modern Southern restaurant chain with a focus on scratch-made comfort food. Brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday but many brunch items can also be found on the weekday lunch menu. Choose from several variations on chicken and waffles, traditional breakfast plates, and southern classics. Here’s how to get a free pint glass at your next visit.

Village Drafthouse – This sprawling brick-walled tavern boasts 100 beers on draft, alongside classic pub fare and plenty of TVs to catch the game.

Midtown Far East

This is the area directly north of Oakwood. It is defined by Raleigh Blvd to the east, Glascock Street to the south, and Capital Blvd to the west. It includes Gateway Plaza, the businesses on Automotive Way, and Lions Park.

Union Special – Amazing local bakery with a fantastic breakfast and lunch menu available daily. Get the Market Hash, Union Egg Sandwich, or Mom’s Ham Sandwich and you will be happy with your life choices. They do not serve alcohol but they do have cookies!

Iron District

This small but dense previously industrial area includes Iron Works, Salvage Yard, Dock 1053, and East End Market.

Giorgios Epicurean Market – Discover a European-inspired market where you can savor fresh foods prepared in their full-service kitchen. Immerse yourself in an inviting atmosphere and enjoy the pleasure of al fresco dining. They offer a Sunday brunch menu that includes Shrimp Scampi & Polenta and a Fried Chicken Biscuit.

Hummingbird – New American eatery with a dash of New Orleans panache. Hummingbird hums with the gentle murmur of conversation, the clinking of glasses, and the tantalizing aroma of honey wafting through the air. Picture a haven of tranquility, a tapestry woven from warmth and intimacy, where patio seating beckons you to bask in the Carolina sunshine. Their craft cocktails, mixed with the utmost care and a dash of whimsy, are voodoo potions of joy that will transport you to a state of pure bliss. Brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday but their weekday breakfast menu also offers several of the same options. Try Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffles, the Sticky Bun, the Gravlax Toast, or the Shrimp & Grits.

Jaguar Bolera – This is an eatertainment destination with darts, duckpin bowling, shuffleboard, karaoke, and board games. And its augmented by a delicious menu that blends Mexican flavors with the soul of Southern cuisine, and self-serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.

ITB South

This area is defined by MLK / Western Blvd to the north, Rock Quarry Road to the east, I-40 to the south, and Centennial Pky to the west (more or less). It includes Dorothea Dix Park, the NC State Farmers Market, and areas along the southern gateway to downtown.

State Farmers Market Restaurant – Homestyle southern restaurant serving fantastic biscuits and giant portions of everything. They don’t technically have a brunch menu, but offer breakfast all day, everyday. Get Granny Cone’s Sampler with biscuits. It’s worth noting that they don’t serve alcohol and you should always expect a wait.

ITB West

This includes the west half of ITB not covered by other districts. These are businesses you’ll have to drive to unless you live in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Drift Cafe – Full service cafe with a beachy atmosphere. Look for coffee, cocktails, breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

Hereghty Heavenly Delicious – Indulge in custom cakes, pastries, and full espresso menu featuring Joe Van Gogh beans, alongside a light cafe menu and wine. Look for their unique signature drinks and cozy up in compact but relaxed setting. They offer all-day everyday breakfast and lunch items as well as crepes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

North Hills

I’m including the North Hills development and surrounding businesses as well as the area between St Albans Dr and I-440 to Wake Forest Rd. There are a surprising number of brunch spots here.

Another Broken Egg Cafe – Breakfast and brunch restaurant with a heavy focus on eggs. Their full menu is offered all day. I’d like to try one of their many Eggs Benedict variations or the Lobster and Brie Omelette. They have Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and a number of other brunch cocktails and mocktails available.

Coquette – Beautiful French brasserie serving equally beautiful food. They serve brunch on Sunday. Consider one of their sweet or savory Crepes, Artisanal Quiche, or a Croque Monsieur paired with a cocktail, beer, or one of their primarily French wines.

Cucciolo Terrazza – Cozy, modern Italian restaurant with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday. I’d order the Spicy Breakfast Rigatoni or Burrata Salad. Whatever you choose, add a beverage from their wide selection of wine, beer, and cocktails.

Jubala – Inviting and cozy local coffee shop chain serving breakfast and lunch daily. I love the (huge) Sweet Biscuit with egg, cheese, and sausage, but other people rave about the Liege Waffles. They do not serve alcohol but have a fantastic espresso bar.

Leo’s Italian Social – Leo’s Italian Social in North Hills provides a diverse menu of Italian cuisine in a casual yet upscale setting. Guests can enjoy everything from small plates and pizzas to classic Italian comfort food, all alongside a full bar. They offer their brunch menu, which includes Bloody Marys and Mimosas, on Saturday and Sunday.

Level 7 – This is a rooftop bar where the cocktails are mostly plays on classics. A menu of small plates complements the cocktail list. Sunday brunch offerings include a Bananas Foster French Toast!

RH Rooftop Restaurant – Here, you’ll find a collection of furniture that appears to be trying very hard to be elegant, and a menu with dishes that sound equally ambitious. Picture olive trees, bathed in light from a skylight, chandeliers sparkling like captured stars, and a fountain gurgling in the center of it all. Look for a curated selection of wines and champagnes to go with your meal. Their brunch is offered on both Saturday and Sunday, but be sure to get a reservation.

Rosewater Kitchen & Bar – Rosewater is a garden-masquerading cafe that serves a menu so globally inspired, it might give your passport nightmares. They serve brunch on Sunday and I’d like to try the Breakfast Risotto or the Crab Cakes Benedict. A special brunch cocktail and mocktail menu is also available.

STIR – Modern New American restaurant with a large heated patio, and featuring international cuisine and an oyster bar. They offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday. I’m looking forward to trying out the Shrimp and Grits, Chicken and Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, and Specialty Oysters. They have an basic beer selection, wine, and craft cocktails made with artisanal ice.

True Food Kitchen – Part of a casual yet trendy restaurant chain that specializes in “healthy” dishes, offering vegan and gluten-free options, along with cocktails. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday.

West Raleigh

This is west of I-440, north of US-1, south of Wade Avenue / I-40. It also includes the area north of Wade Avenue south, east of Edwards Mill Road, south of Glenwood Avenue, and west of I-440.

The Oak – Expect dishes made from fresh produce and fine ingredients in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable team there also has a deep understanding of bourbon and offers 100+ remarkable bourbons. Sunday brunch features offerings such as Churro Donut Holes, a Truffle Mushroom Omelette, and Beef & Bourbon Sliders.

North Raleigh

This is pretty much everything north of the beltline, aside from North Hills and Crabtree Valley Mall.

Big Ed’s – Family friendly southern breakfast and lunch restaurant with funky vintage decor covering the walls and ceiling. Their full breakfast and lunch menu is served all day, every day. The biscuits are to die for, or eat three giant hot cakes in 45 minutes to go home with a brand new t-shirt. They do not serve alcohol and you should expect to wait for a table.

Brigs Great Beginnings Restaurant – Local breakfast and lunch chain with a casual atmosphere. Their full breakfast and lunch menu is served all day, every day. They have an extensive menu so choose from one of their Benedicts, Skillets, Omelets, or Southern Specialties. They do not serve alcohol.

First Watch – Cafe chain serving “healthy” breakfast, brunch, and lunch all day, every day. Think Steel-Cut Oatmeal, Avocado Toast, a Sunrise Granola Bowl, Multigrain Pancakes, or Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl. Pair your food with something from their juice bar as they do not serve alcohol.

Flying Biscuit Cafe – Chain serving all-day breakfast and comfort food. They offer the same menu all day, every day, which is heavy on southern breakfast and brunch items. They also have a Mimosa Counter, Build Your Own Bloody Mary, and a full bar. For food, think Steak and Eggs, Omelettes, Shrimp and Grits, and Pimento Cheese Fritters.

Hibernian Irish Pub North – Classic Irish pub serving up hearty Irish fare. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try the Corned Beef Hash or the Irish Breakfast along with anything from their full wine, beer, and cocktail menu.

Jubala – Inviting and cozy local coffee shop chain serving breakfast and lunch daily. I love the (huge) Sweet Biscuit with egg, cheese, and sausage, but other people rave about the Liege Waffles. They do not serve alcohol but have a fantastic espresso bar.

Metro Diner – Lively retro diner chain serving reimagined comfort food classics and southern favorites. Order from their breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner menu all day, every day. Consider trying the Strawberry Shortcake Bread Pudding, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, or the Chicken Pot Pie. They have a minimal beer and wine selection so don’t go here if Bloody Marys are a brunch requirement for you. Sign up here for 50% off your next entree.

The Mill – Stylish and sophisticated farm-to-table restaurant with a menu that features seasonal dishes. They offer brunch on Sundays and everyone raves about the Mimosas and Steak and Eggs.

Relish Craft Kitchen & Bourbon Bar – Elevated Southern comfort food with a modern spin. Cozy vibes, delicious eats, and enough bourbon to make your taste buds sing. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Try their French Toast Bread Pudding or New Orleans Bowl and pair it with a flight of bourbon.

Rise – Modern and inviting chain that currently focuses on their southern biscuits and buttermilk fried chicken, but they also sell donuts. Their full menu is available throughout their opening hours.

Salt & Lime Cabo Grill – Modern and fresh full service bar and grill serving coastal Mexican cuisine and cocktails. They serve brunch on Saturday. Consider Churro French Toast or a Surf & Turf Burrito paired with a pitcher of Mimosas or tequila flight. Why not?

Sola Coffee Cafe – Local espresso cafe well known for their mini donuts. Their breakfast menu is served until 11 a.m. and includes breakfast sandwiches, omelets, toasts, breakfast bowls, and other light breakfast items. They switch to their day menu at 11 a.m. which includes sandwiches and salads. They do not serve alcohol but have an extensive coffee, juice, and smoothie menu. And mini donuts!
