ACC American Cafe – Terminal 1, Gate A7 – This upscale establishment, the first officially licensed restaurant and bar of the Atlantic Coast Conference, is a place where traveling sports enthusiasts and traveling foodies can converge. Look for giant screens broadcasting current and old college sports games, and a menu featuring delicious and nutritious dishes. BurgerFi – Terminal 2, Gates D3-D5 – They obviously serve burgers, crafted from all-natural, never-frozen Angus beef, and free from any hormones or antibiotics. Char-Grill – Terminal 1, Gate A5 – This Raleigh fast food institution’s menu boasts an array of burgers, shakes, and fries, perfect for any meal. For those seeking a hearty start to their day, Char-Grill also serves a tempting breakfast menu featuring breakfast sandwiches. There is no shortage of places to get a good cup of coffee at RDU but I highly recommend Black & White Coffee Roasters if you’re in Terminal 2.
Beyu Caffé – Terminal 1, Ticketing/Bag Claim; Terminal 2, Ticketing – With its soulful atmosphere and exceptional coffee, this charming haven offers an energizing experience. From their signature Heart & Soul blend to their Dope Specialty beverages, each sip is a treat. Beyond coffee, Beyu Caffé offered a variety of teas, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, and salads to satisfy every craving. Terminal 1 location opens at 7 a.m.; Terminal 2 location opens at 4 a.m.

Black & White Coffee Roasters – Terminal 2, Gate C1 – From classic cappuccinos to perfect americanos, their menu caters to every coffee lover’s preferences. Each sip is a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality, reflecting their mantra, “Exceptional coffee, kept simple.” Beyond their delightful beverages, Black & White also offers delicious cookies, buttery croissants, or an entire loaf of bread to nourish and invigorate. Starbucks – Terminal 1, Gate A7; Terminal 2, Gate D12 – Starbucks is a place where dreams of caffeine are realized. While many of the aforementioned establishments might offer alcoholic beverages alongside their culinary offerings, the following is primarily dedicated to drinking.

Getting to RDU and Where to Park
A few of the RDU restaurants I’ve mentioned are located outside of the Airport’s security area. This means that even if you have no intention of boarding a plane, you may still enjoy a visit to these establishments. Where to Stay Around RDU
These are the best hotels available if you want the convenience of being near the airport for a quick escape.
The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport offers a free airport shuttle and offers a convenient location near the airport. The lobby shines with a plethora of golden oak leaves hanging from the ceiling, a nod to the City of Oaks. Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek is located just three miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
