If you are the sort of person who enjoys a refreshing beverage, and also the sort of person who enjoys altered states of consciousness, then you may have found yourself pondering the peculiar predicament of procuring THC-infused drinks in the fair city of Raleigh.

The world of psychoactive refreshments is a labyrinth of legal loopholes and ever-shifting regulations, a place where a misplaced comma can land you in a most unfortunate predicament. Currently, it appears legal in North Carolina to sell beverages that contain a small dose of hemp-derived delta-8 or delta-9 THC to those of an appropriate age. So, it is with a mixture of trepidation and morbid fascination that we embark on this journey, exploring where one might procure these curious concoctions in the city of Raleigh.

Restaurants and Bars With THC and CBD Drinks

Since the restaurants and bars where one might procure these THC and CBD drinks are often as elusive as a well-behaved, tidy cat, this list is surely incomplete so just ask your bartender – one never knows what peculiar concoctions may be lurking behind the bar.
